Certificate of Insurance
Building owners often require Certificate of Insurance (COI) from relocation companies in advance. This certificate names the building owner as insured to protect both the owner and the Relocation Company in the unlikely event of damage to the common areas of the building.
Kindly confirm with your building management if COI is required, in order for us to arrange it beforehand.
