All cancellations must be advised in writing 10 business days prior to original day of pick up to receive 90% of the 25% refund. The 10% is used to recover administrative cost. If limited service has been rendered then the cost will be assessed and the balance will be disbursed. Cancellations not advised in the allotted time will be given a credit towards there next shipment and will not lose any deposit given, unless a final cancellation is advised in which customer does not wish to have any services rendered will forfeit 90% of the 25% deposit.
